Tracking Information

 

Tracking numbers are emailed directly from the shipping agent once the package is picked up.

We ship mostly by UPS and their email will be in the format below:

 

From : QuantumView

To: [ The email you provided us with on your order. ]

Subject: UPS Ship Notification, Tracking Number 1ZX.....

 

Please check your email for this notification from the shipper.

 

This is not sent until the package is scanned into their system. 

 

No orders are processed on Saturday or Sunday, Major Holidays and the Friday after Thanksgiving. We do our best to process all orders received before NOON Central Standard Time that same business day.  Any order receive after this time will not be processed until the following business day.

 

If you have not received your tracking number by 72 hours from the first business day since you placed your order please Email us  and let us know this and we will check on the status.  Make sure you include your order number.
